Our mission at Manufacture Belge de Chocolats is to aim for excellence in Innovation, Quality, Safety, Cost and Service as a manufacturer of Belgian chocolates for existing and future customers.

We're currently looking for 2 Quality Control Internship to reinforce our Quality & Safety Department. The internship duration is for minimum 4 months up to 6 months from february 2021.

Your mission for the 1st internship :

• Support the industrialization of new products as a member of the quality department with trial follow-up, visual control of the product, reject rate assessment, and communication to other departments (production, RD, Marketing)
• Analysis, investigation and report of internal and external rejects
• Contribute to the development and data analysis of the Manufacturing Control plan
• Support the Quality Control team in their daily work (cleaning monitoring, finish product microplan, non-conformities investigation, pest control plan, etc.)

Your mission for the 2nd internship :

• Creation and validation of cleaning procedures
• Visual management of the quality documentation in production
• Contribute to the digitalization of visual controls in production
• Support the Quality Control team in their daily work (cleaning monitoring, finish product microplan, non-conformities investigation, pest control plan, etc.)

Your profile :

• Equivalent bachelor’s degree in food or quality management;
• Fluent in French and English, including excellent written skills
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) advanced knowledges
• Analytical thinking
• Methodical and meticulous
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and initiate action to deliver required results
• Strong written and oral communication skills
