National Account Manager – Agri

What You Will Do:
- You will build rapport and cultivate relationships with distributor representatives and farmers.
- Introduce new products and enhance distributor sales and service capabilities through presentations, training and demonstrations.
- Provide Agri Culture expertise to customers in terms of sanitation, safety, quality and operations.
- Assist with consultancy, also on-farm and programs, standard operating procedures, evaluating processes and procedures, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and employee training.

What You Will Need:
- You preferably have a Bachelor degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine or Animal Husbandry (Agri Culture).
- You have 3 years outside sales experience in the Agri Culture market, preferable Dairy farms.
- You have Dutch or French as your mother tongue and an excellent command of English and the second national language.
- You have advanced PC skills (MS office).
- Previous B2B commercial sales experience is an asset.
- You have proven negotiation, relationship management, communication and presentation skills.
- You are a committed team player and readily share ideas in order to enhance the value of the team and organisation.
- You are in possession of a driving licence (category B).
